Hello, Can I ask you a question? What's the difference between kizartma and kavurma ?Thank you in advance Bye

Kizartma means to fry in hot oil.
Kavurma means to cook in the pot first with its own juice (some
hot water can be added) then fry with its own fat:)
Take care,
