1 small onion, chopped
4 cups water
1 cube beef bouillon

Red Pepper Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
Red pepper
Cayenne pepper

In a medium-size pot, saute the onion with butter for about 3-4 minutes. Add the spinach, stir. Add the water and bouillon. Cook at medium high for about 5 minutes.

I'm a french girl married to a turkish guy, and your website just saved me! we live in france and my husband misses his country and especially his mum's food (like all turkish boys? ;) ), i did this recipe today and he was really surprised - it was so good! Just a question is your book published in french? I don't speak turkish yet and even though english is ok, french would be easier :)
