(Bostana - Urfa-Southeast Anatolia Region)
2 large sized tomatoes, peeled, very finely chopped
1 cup parsley, finely chopped
2 fresh onion, finely chopped
1 cubanelle peppers, discard the seeds, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
4-5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp pomegranate paste or grenadine syrup or sumac
1 tsp dry mint
1/2 tsp Turkish isot pepper or red pepper flakes
Mix all the ingredients in a service bowl. Put aside for 15 minutes (tastes better this way), then serve with any kind of Kebab.
