Avocado Salad

(Avokado Salatasi)

<br /> Avacado Salad
1 ripe avocado, cut in bite size
4-5 slice of red onion

2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

First squeeze the lemon juice all over the avocado to prevent browning. Drizzle the olive oil then season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the red onion slices over the top.

It is a great salad with any kind of seafood:)

How lovely! Quick, simple (when you know about using the lemon juice first), and delicious :)

what I ADORE about Turkish food is that there are always clean, fresh flavors and ingredients. This is a perfect example! In my humble opinion.. 'naked food' is best! Thank you for your site! I am enjoying it immensely!!!

Perfect.... exactly what I was looking for. Allergic to onions so I always substitute apple for onion, and this is terrific. Doesn't lose its Turkish flare, either!
