Just wondering approximately how long does this take to cook from start to finish? I'm trying to make a special birthday dinner for my guy and wondering about timing.

Thanks so much for your wonderful recipes! :-D

Thank you, Sue:) It takes app. 25 minutes. Just check the top; when the colour is right for you, take the casserole out:)

Selam Binnur hanim,
Do you need to defrost the okras before assembling the dish? Thank you!

Selam Sarah,
I usually don't but if you don't want too much juice then I would suggest that you defrost it first :)
