3/4 cup water, warm
1 tbsp dill, chopped
3 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste

Saute the onion with olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the zucchini, cubanalle pepper and tomato into the pot, continue to saute for 2-3 more minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients, stir. You were in my prayers, last night. I asked Allah (God) to bless you and take care of you as you have been nurturing me and countless others through food. Your down-to-earth exotic vegetarian dishes have renewed my relationship to food. I have searched for Turkish recipes in English, and none are as approachable as yours. Thank you for your efforts here.
Thank you very much:)
This dish looks so good....my husband Dogan loves Bulghur. Thanks for posting your recipe.
I have a turkish grandmother she used to make this dish for us but there was one small difference between ur recipe and hers ( my grandmother's recipe didn't include tomato paste) nevertheless, both recipes are delicious and great
thank u for ur recipe :)
