3 tbsp red pepper paste
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp or 1 tbsp fenugreek, adjust the amount as you wish
1 tsp cumin
2-3 garlic cloves, mashed with salt
5-6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2-3 drops of lemon juice
Pinch of black pepper
Place all the ingredients in bowl and mix well (the mixture is reached the consistency of paste). Place in a jar. Keep it in the refrigerator at least one day before serve.
Serve with toasted pide (pita) or toasted bread pieces. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
