Hi Binnur,
What a tasty idea, a bit like poire belle helene. I'm making this cake for my birthday tomorrow (it's in the oven now). I'm curious what my guests will say about it. Knowing the Turkish kitchen from my home country Germany, it always evokes some homesickness, so it's nice to have a site where I can pick up a recipe for a cure!
Thanks
Stefanie
Hello Binnur;
Can you tell me what 35% cream is? Is it what they call "heavy cream" in USA? Thanks.
Hello,
I think it is heavy cream and it should tell you on the box of the cream:)
