Side Salad for Kebabs
(Yesillik)

Parsley, washed and drained
Lemon, cut in 8 pieces
Red or white onion, sliced and crushed with sumac and salt with your hand
Radish, washed
Some sumac
Place the parsley, onion, radish and lemon in a large plate. Sprinkle some sumac over the parsley. Serve with any kind of Kebab or barbecued meat, for example Iskender Kebab, Adana Kebab, Lahmacun, Turkish Hamburger, Liver Saute....

Hi, I've tried a number of your recipes and they're wonderful. I'd like to try this one as it looks just right for kebabs. Could you tell me how you cut the radishes? They look so pretty. Thanks again for your great recipes.

Thank you very much:) First slice off a small piece from the top and
bottom. Then from the top down, cut down 3 or 4 slices, but not all
the way, so that they're still attached. Hope I could explain it well.

I think you can find Sumac in the Mediterranean or Middle eastern stores under the same name:)
