Olives with Garlic
1 cup Turkish black olives, seeded and cut in slices
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, mashed with salt
1/2 of lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dry mint or chopped fresh mint
Mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Serve with any kind of lamb meal. Very tasty!
